ABOUT ROLE : Metadata is looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused fresh graduates to join our Power Platform team as Technical Support - Trainee. This is a great opportunity to start your career supporting enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for clients across the Middle East, India, and the USA. You will be mentored by experienced professionals and trained to understand customer business needs and manage their day-to-day requirements effectively.

WHAT YOU DO

- Understand the customer's business context and capture relevant environment details.
- Provide day-to-day operational customer support through email, portal, calls and Microsoft Teams meetings.
- Manage support tickets end-to-end, following up regularly with customers until resolution. Escalate cases to the appropriate teams based on issue complexity, following defined processes, and work closely with these teams to identify recurring trends and resolutions.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with all team members, keeping the team informed of issue status through the communication tools provided by the client. Complete assigned tasks accurately and within the customer’s required Service Level Agreements (SLAs).




- Prepare weekly and monthly support reports. Support project teams by preparing user manuals and other project documentation.
- Utilize resources to manage transactions, escalating issues appropriately. Provide first-class, multi-site support for all end-user incidents and service requests relating to the business and IT environment, maintaining a high level of ownership throughout the incident lifecycle.
