Position Title: : Sr. Director - SAP Basis (CloudOps Practice)

Location: Bangalore/Mangalore/BBSR/Kolkata

About the Role : We are looking for an entrepreneurial and technology-driven leader to establish and scale our Cloud Operations (CloudOps) Practice focused on SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP) and Enterprise Cloud Services. This role combines practice leadership, solution consulting, managed services, cloud engineering, customer advisory, and go-to-market strategy. The successful candidate will build differentiated CloudOps offerings, lead large delivery teams, drive innovation, and partner with sales to grow CloudOps revenues. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable engaging CXOs in advisory discussions, defining managed service offerings, architecting cloud platforms, and leading high-performing engineering and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Practice Leadership

· Build and own the CloudOps Practice strategy and roadmap.

· Define service offerings and managed services portfolio.

· Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, automation assets and IP.

· Build delivery excellence across Cloud Operations.

· Hire, mentor and grow a high-performing CloudOps organization.

· Establish governance, KPIs, operational excellence and service maturity.

2. Customer Advisory & Consulting

Lead advisory engagements around:

· SAP BTP adoption strategy

· Cloud Operations maturity assessments

· Cloud operating model design

· Platform modernization

· Governance frameworks

· Operational readiness

· Enterprise architecture recommendations

Help customers maximize business value from SAP BTP investments.

3. Managed Cloud Services - Own service offerings around:

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science (Master's preferred).

· 18–25 years of experience in Enterprise IT, Cloud Operations, Platform Engineering or Managed Services. 8+ years leading large technology teams.

· Strong SAP BTP experience is highly desirable.

· Experience managing multi-million-dollar managed services engagements.

· Proven success in building consulting or managed service practices.

· Experience engaging CIO, CTO and Digital Transformation leaders.

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,500,000.00 per year
