Job Summary

The HR Executive is responsible for managing the hospital's human resource functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, employee records, performance management, staff engagement, policy implementation, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures a positive work environment and supports the hospital in maintaining an efficient and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage recruitment and selection of hospital staff.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, leave, and shift schedules.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and employee perks.
- Assist in performance appraisal and employee evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and hospital HR policies.
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Organize staff training and development programs.




- Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing requirements.
- Assist during audits and accreditation processes related to HR documentation.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MSW/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management is preferred.
- 2–5 years of HR experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization.
- Knowledge of labor laws, payroll, attendance management, and HR software.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
