We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to support accounting and record-keeping activities for our fly ash brick and paver block manufacturing unit, as well as shed and building construction operations.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally/Excel or other accounting software.
- Prepare and update purchase, sales, expense, and payment records.
- Record material inward and outward entries for raw materials, finished goods, and construction items.
- Assist in preparation of vouchers, bills, invoices, and payment statements.
- Reconcile bank statements, cash book, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
- Maintain stock and consumption records for manufacturing and construction materials.
- Support in salary/wage calculations for plant labor, construction labor, and staff.
- Assist in GST-related data entry, invoice checking, and return preparation.
- Prepare MIS reports, daily expense summaries, and monthly accounts statements.
- Coordinate with plant supervisor, site supervisor, vendors, and management for accounting data.
- Keep proper filing of bills, receipts, challans, and statutory records.




- Assist the senior accountant or owner in audit, tax, and compliance work.
- Follow company accounting policies and maintain confidentiality of records.

Required Skills:

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Positive knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and invoice preparation.
- Ability to handle purchase, sales, stock, and expense entries.
- Understanding of GST, TDS, and labor payment records will be an advantage.
- Good communication, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Qualification:

- B.Com / M.Com / equivalent.
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may also apply.

Preferred:

- Experience in manufacturing, construction, or trading business.
- Ability to work independently and handle multi-activity business accounts.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹9,000.00 per month
