Job Description

1. Network & Infrastructure Management

· Internet Connectivity: Monitor and maintain high-speed internet connectivity across the site;

troubleshoot ISP (Internet Service Provider) issues and manage router/switch configurations.

· CCTV Surveillance: Oversee the functionality of the CCTV system, ensuring all cameras are

operational, cleaning lenses regularly, and managing DVR/NVR storage for consistent

recording.

· Peripheral Support: Install, configure, and maintain all site printers and scanners, ensuring

driver updates and troubleshooting paper jams or connectivity errors.

2. Hardware & Software Support

· Endpoint Maintenance: Provide technical support for all company laptops and desktops,

including hardware repairs, OS (Operating System) installations, and performance

optimization.

· Software Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to standard office software, specialized

ERP/PHDM systems,



and security applications like antivirus and firewalls.

· Deployment: Assist in the setup and configuration of recent IT equipment for onboarding

employees or new facility units.

3. Asset & Data Security · Inventory Tracking: Maintain an updated log of all IT assets at the site, including serial numbers, specifications, and user assignments.

· Data Backup: Ensure regular backups of critical site data and assist users in secure file management on Google Drive or local servers.

· Access Control: Manage user credentials and ensure that only authorized personnel have access to restricted site software and networks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
