Job PurposeTo safely and accurately dispense medications, counsel patients on proper drug usage, and collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care and maintain stringent inventory controls. [1, 2, 3]Key Responsibilities

- Dispensing & Verification: Accurately review, prepare, and dispense prescription orders. Verify dosage calculations, check for potential drug interactions, and ensure compliance with legal standards. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Patient Counseling: Educate patients on correct administration, potential side effects, and storage guidelines for prescribed medicines. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track near-expiry and expired medications, and place stock orders as required. [1, 2]
- Collaboration: Answer questions from physicians, nurses, and medical personnel regarding alternative drug selections or therapeutic adjustments. [1, 2]
- Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain accurate logs for controlled substances,



prescription files, and daily operational reports according to regulatory standards. [1, 2]

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution. [1, 2]
- Experience: 1 to 2 years of active work experience in a retail, community, or hospital pharmacy environment. [1, 2]
- Licensure: Valid state or regional license to practice as a registered pharmacist in active standing. [1, 2]
- Skills:
- Solid working knowledge of drug indications, generic/brand names, and compounding basics.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software systems and MS Office.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
