We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and skilled Video Editor & Trainer who can not only produce high-quality visual content but also mentor and train aspiring video editors. The candidate will also contribute creative assets for GRRAS and its associated brands.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Support for GRRAS Brands

- Create promotional videos and digital content for GRRAS Solutions and its sub-brands.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and business teams to execute campaigns across multiple brands.
- Produce content for educational programs, events, social media, advertisements, product launches, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistent visual storytelling and brand identity across all company brands.

Training & Mentorship

- Deliver practical video editing training sessions to students.
- Teach industry-standard tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or other relevant software.
- Guide students through real-world editing projects and assignments.
- Review student work, provide constructive feedback, and help them build professional portfolios.
- Stay updated with the latest editing trends, AI tools, and workflows, and incorporate them into training.





Required Skills

- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for motion graphics.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, color grading, and composition.
- Knowledge of social media content formats and platform-specific requirements.
- Basic understanding of audio editing and camera fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for conducting training sessions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Multimedia, Film Production, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in video editing.
- Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is preferred.
- Experience creating educational or e-learning content is an added advantage.
