Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced AI Solutions Architect to design, architect, and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions that solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical architecture skills with hands-on experience in LLMs, multi-agent systems, RAG, Azure OpenAI, enterprise integrations, and backend engineering. The role will focus on building scalable, secure, and production-ready AI platforms integrated with enterprise applications such as ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, and data analytics platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and deliver enterprise-grade Agentic AI and Generative AI solutions using LLMs.
- Define end-to-end AI architectures with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and production readiness.
- Design and orchestrate multi-agent AI systems and workflow-based AI solutions.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AI-driven workflows and technical architectures.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and data/analytics environments.
- Design effective RAG and grounding strategies to improve AI accuracy and reliability.
- Implement AI safety mechanisms including guardrails, grounding, validation, and responsible AI practices.
- Establish best practices for observability, logging, monitoring, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and technical leadership.
- Lead architecture decisions and provide technical guidance for enterprise AI implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in software engineering/backend development.




- Strong hands-on experience designing and delivering Generative AI solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of LLMs and Agentic AI architectures.
- Experience with GPT models and LLM-based applications.
- Strong understanding of:
- RAG architecture
- Grounding strategies
- Tool/function calling
- Prompt engineering
- AI agents and orchestration
- Hands-on experience designing orchestrator and multi-agent systems, preferably using LangGraph or similar frameworks.
- Robust Python and backend development experience.
- Strong experience with REST APIs, system integration, and authentication mechanisms.
- Experience with OAuth, Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, or similar enterprise authentication technologies.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow, Salesforce, ERP systems, or similar platforms.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with container-based deployments using Docker/Kubernetes or similar technologies.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitHub Actions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and production deployment.
- Fluent English – written and spoken is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and large-scale AI transformation initiatives.
- Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
- Experience with Azure cloud services and Azure-native AI architectures.
- Experience with enterprise workflow automation and system integration.
- Experience implementing AI observability, guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and governance.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other enterprise platforms.
