Job Title : Service Engineer

Experience : 2–5 Years

Qualification : Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering

Job Location : Pune , India – Frequent Travel Required

Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Engineer responsible for machine installation, commissioning, breakdown troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and after-sales technical support for CNC and machine tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer breakdown and service calls.
- Install, commission, trial, and demonstrate machines.
- Provide operator training and technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and machine-related faults.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Provide online/remote technical support.
- Coordinate with spares and parts teams.
- Support AMC execution and renewal activities.
- Maintain CRM/service records and submit service reports.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.




- Collect customer feedback and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support spares and AMC sales opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Spares, and Customer Support teams.

Required Skills

- Experience with CNC / EDM / ZNC EDM / Wire EDM machines preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and fault-diagnosis skills.
- Knowledge of machine drawings, electrical wiring, and hydraulics.
- Experience in machine installation and commissioning.
- Positive customer handling and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively across India.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma / B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- 2–5 years of experience in machine tools, CNC, EDM, or industrial service.
- Candidates with hands-on field-service experience in CNC/EDM/machine tools will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
