Key Responsibilities

-Manage and grow company social media pages across platforms

-Create engaging posts, reels & short-form content that match our brand voiceImprove reach, engagement, and followers through consistent posting and strategy

-Monitor trends, hashtags, and algorithm changes to keep content relevant

-Track performance and provide basic reports on growth and engagement

-Coordinate with the creative team for campaigns and content calendars

Requirements

-0 – 2 years of experience in social media management





-Good working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook & YouTubeBasic understanding of social media trends and algorithms

-Robust communication skills and creative mindset

-Knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / basic video editing is an advantage

-Self-motivated, trend-aware, and able to work in a fast-paced creative environment
