About the Program

We're hiring for our Graduate Trainee Program, designed for freshers who want to build a career, not just take a job. Selected candidates go through structured onboarding and get placed into one of our active tracks based on their strengths and our business needs, with mentorship from senior leadership throughout.

Who Can Apply





- Full-time MBA, B.Tech, or any full-time undergraduate/postgraduate degree
- Graduating batch 2025–2026, or passed out any time between 2025–2026
- Strong communicators, quick learners, comfortable with ambiguity
- No prior work experience required
