We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to join our growing team. What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
- Welcome Guests: Greet customers with a warm smile as they arrive and guide them to their tables.
- Menu Expertise: Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations on daily specials, coffee blends, and food items.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently.
- Serve with Care: Deliver food and drinks to tables promptly, ensuring accuracy and excellent presentation.
- Table Maintenance: Clear tables, clean spills, and reset tables quickly for the next guests.
- Customer Satisfaction:
Check in with diners during their meal to ensure they are enjoying their experience and resolve any issues promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the barista and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
What We Are Looking For (Requirements)
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress or in a customer service role is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive, energetic attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent hospitality.
- Ability to remain calm and organized during busy rushes.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and carrying trays of food and drinks.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
