Core Responsibilities

 Litigation & Dispute Resolution (Primary Focus)

o Handle civil, commercial, and criminal litigation before:

 High Courts and District Courts

 NCLT / NCLAT

 DRT / DRAT

 Arbitration Tribunals and statutory authorities

o Draft and manage:

 Plaints, written statements, rejoinders

 Interim applications, injunctions, affidavits

 Criminal complaints, replies, and defence pleadings

 Writ petitions, appeals, and special applications

o Work on matters involving:

 Commercial and contractual disputes

 Insolvencyrelated litigation

 Whitecollar and regulatory proceedings

 Consumer and recovery matters

o Appear in court, brief senior counsel, and manage filings, hearings, and case strategy.

 Corporate & Commercial Exposure (Ancillary)

o Draft and review commercial contracts including NDAs, service agreements, and

collaboration agreements.

o Assist on litigationlinked advisory, enforcement strategy, and dispute risk assessment.

o Support limited due diligence and transactional work where it intersects with disputes.

Candidate Requirements





 LL.B. from a recognised Indian law university; LL.M. preferred.

 Enrolled with a State Bar Council in India.

 4–6 years PQE with strong handson litigation experience.

 Demonstrated exposure to High Courts and tribunals (NCLT/NCLAT preferred).

 Ability to manage matters independently with minimal supervision.
