About Apex Dental Marketing We’re a rapid growing dental/orthodontic marketing agency with 40+ offices across the USA. Our goal is to surpass 100 offices by December 1st, and we're looking for a GHL/Make.com technician who enjoys backend systems and can deliver creative systems that increase efficiency. You'll be paid in direct proportion to the value you bring.
A few examples of what you’ll do
? Set up GHL pre built snap shots as well as maintain custom fields/workflows, according to our SOPs
? Mastermind Automations using GHL and/or Clickup
? Be positive with spreadsheets, looker sutdio
? Create an AI feedback board to analyze call transcripts , have AI deliver solutions for our Sales team
? Automate setter pod performance reporting (calls, pickup, conversations,
deposit, booking, show rate) to Call Center leaders.
What you’ll bring
? Strong Make (Integromat) scenario building, routers, webhooks, retries.
? Comfort with AI automation (simple scoring/classification pipelines).
? Clear written English and SOP documentation.
Nice to have
? JavaScript/Apps Script or Python; Twilio/Aircall/Retell; SQL/BigQuery; HIPAA hygiene.
