Dior Pharmaceuticals is looking for an experienced and responsible Head Manufacturing Chemist to lead the manufacturing operations of Nutraceutical Supplements, Herbal Medicines, and Herbal Cosmetics. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production, maintain product quality, and oversee compliance with GMP, AYUSH, and FSSAI guidelines while managing day-to-day manufacturing activities.

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or a related Life Sciences, Chemistry field.

Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the complete manufacturing process for nutraceuticals, herbal medicines, and herbal cosmetic products.
- Plan and monitor daily production activities to ensure timely completion of manufacturing schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, SOPs, and all applicable AYUSH and FSSAI regulations.
- Prepare, review, and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), Batch Packing Records (BPRs), and other production documentation.
- Monitor raw material dispensing, processing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, filling, packing, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance and Quality Control departments to ensure products meet approved specifications.
- Train and supervise production staff on SOPs, hygiene, safety,



and manufacturing practices.
- Ensure proper maintenance, calibration, and cleanliness of manufacturing equipment and production areas.
- Investigate manufacturing deviations, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and maintain proper records.
- Optimize production efficiency, minimize wastage, and improve manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and planning teams to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Support internal and external audits and maintain audit readiness at all times.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and maintain discipline and cleanliness within the manufacturing facility.

Required Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Nutraceutical, Ayurvedic, and Herbal Cosmetic manufacturing.
- Valuable understanding of GMP, GLP, GHP, SOPs, and documentation practices.
- Knowledge of AYUSH and FSSAI manufacturing requirements.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage production targets while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
