Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to support our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update accounting records and financial transactions.
- Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Handle day-to-day accounting entries.
- Assist in accounts payable and receivable activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records.
- Assist with bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
- Support preparation of reports and statements.




- Coordinate with internal departments regarding billing and payments.
- Assist senior team members during audits and financial reviews.
- Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel will be an advantage.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Freshers with relevant educational qualifications can apply.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com / BBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
