Experience: 5–8 Years

Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Safety, NEBOSH, IOSH, or relevant certification

Role & Responsibilities

Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at project sites.

Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify unsafe conditions and practices.

Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and company standards.

Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training for workers and contractors.

Monitor PPE compliance, work-at-height, scaffolding, lifting, excavation, and electrical safety.

Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.

Maintain safety records, inspection checklists, permits, and statutory documentation.

Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and management to implement corrective actions.





Conduct emergency preparedness drills and ensure fire and first-aid arrangements are maintained.

Preferred Candidate Profile

5–8 years of experience in construction safety, preferably in high-rise residential/commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and statutory requirements.

Experience in managing contractor and labour safety.

Valuable communication, reporting, observation, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently at active construction sites.
