We’re looking for a proactive, confident, and motivated Business Development Executive to support our growth through business development, sales, and client relationship management. The role involves interacting with potential clients, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable services, and building strong business relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound calls and reach out to potential clients to introduce our services.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable service packages.
- Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and day-to-day client communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and support lead generation and sales activities.
- Maintain lead records and track business development and sales progress.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking with clients over calls.
- Basic understanding of sales, customer handling, and business development.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and go-getter attitude.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-building skills.
