About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Interior Designer who can independently manage projects from design conceptualization to execution and client payment follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have solid design expertise, excellent client-handling skills, and the ability to guide and manage a team of designers.

The candidate should have prior experience working on F&B;, Retail, and Commercial Interior Projects and should be comfortable coordinating with clients, internal teams, vendors, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design & Project Management

- Lead and manage interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, material selections, mood boards, and presentations.
- Prepare and review detailed drawings, design documentation, and working drawings.
- Ensure designs are aligned with client requirements, project timelines, budgets, and company standards.
- Coordinate with execution/site teams to ensure design intent is maintained during execution.
- Conduct design reviews and resolve design-related issues during project execution.

2. Team Guidance & Management

- Guide, mentor, and supervise Junior and Mid-Level Interior Designers.
- Allocate work and monitor the team's progress and deliverables.
- Review drawings, 3D views, presentations, and other design outputs prepared by the team.
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion of design deliverables.
- Provide technical and creative guidance to team members.

3. Client Management

- Conduct client meetings and presentations independently.
- Understand client requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.




- Maintain strong and professional relationships with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Handle client feedback, revisions, approvals, and design-related concerns.
- Present design proposals, material selections, layouts, and 3D visualizations to clients.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients for design and project-related matters.

4. Coordination & Execution

- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Teams, Vendors, Contractors, and Consultants.
- Attend site visits and review project progress.
- Ensure drawings and designs are properly communicated to the execution team.
- Identify and resolve design, material, and execution-related issues.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered within timelines.

5. Commercial & Payment Follow-Ups

- Track project milestones and coordinate with the internal accounts/commercial team regarding billing.
- Follow up with clients for pending approvals, invoices, and payments.
- Maintain regular communication with clients regarding outstanding payments.
- Assist management in ensuring timely collections from clients.
- Maintain proper records of client commitments, approvals, and payment status.

6. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain project-wise design documentation and records.
- Prepare project presentations, design proposals, and client reports.




- Track project timelines, deliverables, revisions, and approvals.
- Ensure all drawings and project documents are updated and properly maintained.

Software Proficiency:

The candidate should have strong working knowledge of relevant design and visualization software, including:

- AutoCAD
- 3D Max
- SketchUp
- Adobe Photoshop
- Canva
- MS Office / PowerPoint
- Other relevant Interior Design, 3D Visualization, and presentation software

Required Experience:

- 7+ years of relevant experience in Interior Design.
- Strong experience in F&B; Interior Projects is preferred.
- Experience in Retail and Commercial Interior Projects.
- Experience handling projects from concept/design stage through execution and completion.
- Experience managing and guiding a team of designers.
- Prior experience in client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and coordination.
- Experience in following up with clients for approvals and payments will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
