About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic & Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The role will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across social media, digital marketing, product communication, campaigns, and brand initiatives.

We are looking for someone who combines strong graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing skills with a strong understanding of modern AI-powered creative tools.

The ideal candidate should be able to take a creative brief, develop the concept, and independently execute it into polished visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Design creative assets for social media, digital campaigns, website, email marketing, presentations, and other marketing channels.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animations, reels, product videos, promotional videos, and explainer videos.
- Edit short-form and long-form videos for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Create product demos and feature videos that communicate SaaS products in a simple and engaging manner.
- Develop visual concepts and storyboards based on marketing and product requirements.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Content teams to understand briefs and translate them into compelling visual content.
- Create campaign creatives while maintaining consistency with the company's brand identity.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and creative assets for multiple platforms.




- Create animated presentations, infographics, illustrations, and other visual communication assets.
- Stay updated with current design, motion graphics, video, social media, and AI trends.
- Explore and implement AI-powered workflows to improve creative quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
- Experiment with AI tools for image generation, video generation, editing, voiceovers, animation, and creative ideation.
- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 1–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Video Editing, or a similar creative role.
- Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, or equivalent software.
- Strong video editing and post-production skills.
- Good understanding of motion graphics, animation, typography, transitions, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Experience creating social media creatives and marketing videos.
- Robust understanding of branding and visual communication.
- Ability to independently convert a brief into a creative concept and final output.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of AI tools and AI-powered creative workflows.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
