We are looking for a responsible and organized E-commerce Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, dispatching, and inventory management. The candidate will ensure accurate and timely processing of customer orders while maintaining warehouse standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and verify incoming goods against invoices and purchase orders.
- Properly arrange and store products in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products accurately according to customer orders.
- Pack and label orders as per company standards.
- Coordinate with delivery/logistics teams for timely dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts.
- Handle returns, exchanges, damaged goods, and discrepancies.
- Update stock and order status in the warehouse/ERP system.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety, and organization of the warehouse.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged products, and inventory mismatches.
- Support loading and unloading of goods when required.
- Prepare daily warehouse and dispatch reports.
- Follow company SOPs and safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse,
e-commerce, logistics, or fulfillment operations.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Experience with ERP/WMS or e-commerce order management systems is an advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment.
- Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse operations.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends, if required.
