Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta & Google Ads to generate qualified leads.
- Optimize campaigns for CPL, lead quality, and conversions.
- Develop landing pages, ad creatives, and compelling ad copies.
- Manage and track leads through CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Analyze campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
- Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead-to-site-visit and lead-to-booking conversions.

Requirements:

- 1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Lead Generation, preferably real estate.
- Solid knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, Analytics & CRM.
- Data-driven mindset with strong communication and analytical skills.

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
