We are looking for an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing.

Key Requirements:

- 2+ years of Bench Sales experience
- Strong knowledge of US Staffing and recruitment processes
- Good understanding of US Visa types – H1B, H4 EAD, OPT, CPT, GC, USC
- Robust vendor and client relationship management skills
- Experience marketing consultants on bench
- Strong knowledge of job portals and recruitment platforms
- Ability to generate and work with daily requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up skills with vendors and recruiters
- Ability to work independently and meet submission/interview targets
