Position: Plant Supervisor
Location: Dharsiwa, Raipur (C.G.)
Experience: 2–5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day plant operations and manpower activities.
- Monitor production processes and ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain production records and prepare daily reports.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and resources.
- Follow safety standards and maintain workplace discipline.
- Monitor machine performance and report operational issues.
- Assist in achieving production targets within timelines.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing and production processes.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
- Candidate with steel manufacturing industry exposure will be preferred.
- Smart, responsible, and willing to work in a plant workplace.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
