We are looking for an experienced In-House Service Trainer to train and develop Service Advisors, Technicians and workshop staff. The candidate will be responsible for technical and process training, skill-gap identification, training documentation and ensuring dealership staff follow Maruti Suzuki service standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical and service-process training for Technicians, Service Advisors and workshop employees.
- Identify training needs and maintain employee skill matrices and training records.
- Prepare and execute monthly/annual training calendars.
- Conduct induction, refresher and on-the-job training programs.
- Train employees on current vehicle technologies, diagnostic procedures, tools and equipment.
- Communicate and explain Maruti Suzuki technical bulletins, service circulars and process updates.
- Coordinate employee nominations for MSIL training and certification programs.
- Conduct post-training assessments and monitor improvement in employee performance.
- Support the Service Manager in improving workshop productivity, repair quality and customer satisfaction.




- Ensure adherence to dealership SOPs, safety standards and Maruti Suzuki service processes.
- Maintain training attendance, assessment results, certification and other required documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- Education: ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 3–7 years in automobile service/workshop operations; prior trainer experience preferred.
- Experience with Maruti Suzuki dealership/service operations will be highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of automobile mechanical and electrical systems.
- Good understanding of vehicle diagnostics and workshop processes.
- Strong communication, presentation and training skills.
- Comfortable conducting classroom as well as practical workshop training.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel for training reports and records.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
