Responsibilities
- Create a safe, engaging, and disciplined learning environment.
- Plan and deliver effective, student-centred lessons.
- Conduct creative activities, games, and subject-based learning.
- Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and study materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide academic support.
- Maintain student records and classroom discipline.
- Participate in school activities and communicate with parents.
- Prepare senior students for board examinations.
Qualifications
- Graduate/Postgraduate in the relevant subject.
- NTT / D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed. for Pre-Primary/PRT preferred.
- B.Ed. for TGT/PGT preferred/required.
- Good subject knowledge, communication, and classroom management skills.
- Relevant teaching experience preferred.
