Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Technical

Job Description:

We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Data Management Consultant to support

ongoing Oracle Fusion HCM data-related initiatives. The resource will be responsible for

supporting data cleanup, bulk data uploads, position management updates, employee

data corrections, and AOR / Area of Responsibility-related data activities within Oracle

Fusion HCM.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Oracle Fusion HCM

from a data management perspective, including HDL, HSDL / Spreadsheet Loader, bulk

uploads, validation, corrections, and coordination with business users.

Key Responsibilities:

1. 2. Support Oracle Fusion HCM data cleanup and correction activities.

Perform bulk data uploads using HDL / HCM Data Loader and HSDL /

Spreadsheet Loader.

3. 4. 5. 6. Create, update, and maintain position-related data in Oracle Fusion HCM.

Support employee data updates, assignment changes, and correction activities.

Assist in position management restructuring and organizational data updates.

Support AOR / Area of Responsibility updates related to access and approval

hierarchy.

7. Prepare and validate upload templates before data migration or correction

activities.

8. 9. Coordinate with business users to collect, validate, and correct data.

Identify data issues, mismatches, and upload errors, and support resolution.

10. Maintain proper documentation of upload files, validation records, and

correction logs.

11. Support testing, UAT,



and post-upload validation activities.

Candidate Profile:

The candidate should have around 4+ years of relevant Oracle Fusion HCM experience

with strong hands-on exposure to data upload, correction, validation, and bulk update

activities. The role does not require a very senior functional consultant, but the

candidate must be comfortable working independently on Oracle Fusion HCM data-

related tasks and coordinating with business users for accurate execution.

Pay: Up to ₹120,000.00 per month
