Job Overview

We are seeking an aggressive, result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth and acquire global clients for IT software, web development, and custom application services. You will be responsible for end-to-end lead generation, client communication, proposal drafting, and closing sales deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential B2B clients in key international markets (US, UK, Australia, Europe) via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and freelance/agency platforms.
- Consultative Selling: Understand client technical needs and recommend tailored IT software, web, and mobile development solutions.
- Proposal & RFP Management: Prepare customized technical proposals, scope estimates, and pitch presentations.
- Client Acquisition & Closing: Lead sales calls, negotiate contract terms, and secure project sign-offs.




- Relationship Management: Maintain post-sales client relationships to ensure account retention, upselling, and cross-selling.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Proven track record in selling IT services, custom software, web solutions, or mobile development.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with sales platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork Enterprise, Clutch, email automation tools).
- Strong technical literacy—ability to discuss software development lifecycles, APIs, web frameworks, and contemporary tech stacks confidently.
- Self-starter mindset with a target-driven approach.
- Should have his own Laptop

Compensation Breakdown

- Fixed Base Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month
- Target Variable (Incentive) will also be provided

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
