- Develop lesson plans that encourage creativity, skill-building, and artistic exploration.
- Demonstrate various artistic techniques and guide students in practical work.
- Organize and supervise art projects, exhibitions, competitions, and school events.
- Assess student work, maintain portfolios, and provide constructive feedback.
- Manage and maintain the art room, materials, and equipment.
- Encourage visual thinking, creativity, observation skills, and artistic discipline.
- Integrate digital art tools or techniques (if applicable).
- Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects.
- Participate in parent meetings, staff meetings, and career development.

Qualifications

- BFA or MFA in Fine Arts (mandatory).




- Additional certifications in art education (optional, but beneficial).
- Prior experience teaching art to middle or high school students preferred.
