IN - NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS PRIVATE LIMITED (NEDS) is seeking an experienced professional to join our L7 - IN - LEGRAND - Quality Assurance department as an Assistant Manager. The primary focus of this role is to oversee QA activities at our product testing lab in Sinnar, specializing in wiring accessories and electrical equipment. The successful candidate will ensure product testing compliance, maintain documentation, analyze product failures, and drive continuous quality improvements.

- Testing and qualifying switches, sockets, fan regulators, ACBs, and capacitors as per Indian and international standards.
- Ensuring product testing compliance with relevant IS standards and maintaining accurate documentation and records.
- Analyzing internal and external product failures, including customer complaints, and implementing quality improvement actions.
- Scheduling, calibrating, and maintaining documentation for electrical equipment calibration activities.
- Knowledge of capacitor and low-voltage switchgear products is advantageous.
- Demonstrating performance excellence, customer engagement, and process excellence.
- Fostering a culture of productivity, people excellence, and strong relationships within the team.




- Taking initiative and adapting to changing industry standards and practices.
- Leading and managing a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align QA activities with overall business objectives.

- A minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in the wiring accessories, switchgear, or electrical industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering .
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
- Awareness and understanding of ISO 9001:2015 QMS, ISO 14001 EMS, and ISO 45001 OHSMS standards.
- Robust leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficiency in using QA testing equipment and software.
- A proactive and analytical mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail.
- A willingness to stay updated with industry trends and best practices in QA.
