Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and passionate MERN Stack Trainer to join our training team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering hands-on, industry-oriented training to students and working professionals.

The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, REST APIs, and modern web development, along with excellent communication and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on MERN Stack Development.
- Teach concepts using practical examples, live coding, and real-time applications.
- Train students on MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
- Teach modern JavaScript / ES6+ concepts.
- Provide hands-on training in frontend and backend development.
- Explain REST API development and API integration.
- Guide students in developing complete MERN Stack real-time projects.
- Conduct coding exercises, assignments, assessments, and mock interviews.
- Provide debugging and code-review support.
- Mentor students throughout their project development lifecycle.
- Prepare course materials, assignments, exercises, and project requirements.
- Help students prepare for technical interviews and industry-level development roles.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in JavaScript and Full Stack Development.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience as a MERN Stack Trainer, Full Stack Trainer, Technical Trainer, or MERN Developer is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a straightforward and practical manner.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping students become industry-ready.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with real-time MERN Stack development experience and a passion for training are highly preferred.
