Position Title: F&B; Trainer

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced F&B; Trainer to deliver industry-relevant training to candidates enrolled in our CSR-funded hospitality and skill development programs. The trainer will be responsible for equipping learners with the knowledge, practical skills, and skilled behaviors required for successful careers in the Food & Beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Food & Beverage Service.
- Deliver training on restaurant operations, guest service standards, table setup, service etiquette, menu knowledge, and hospitality communication.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, assessments, and practical exercises.
- Train candidates on workplace readiness, grooming standards, customer service, and soft skills.
- Monitor trainee attendance, performance, and progress.
- Conduct assessments and provide constructive feedback to improve learner outcomes.
- Maintain training records, reports, and documentation as required by the CSR project.
- Coordinate with placement teams and industry partners to support trainee employment opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with health, hygiene, and food safety standards.
- Organize mock interviews, industry visits,



and practical demonstrations.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage Operations and/or Training.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant service, banquet operations, and hospitality standards.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam.
- Experience in skill development, vocational training, or CSR projects will be an added advantage.
