- Sort and segregate pearls based on size, shape, colour, lustre, surface quality, and quality grade.
- Match pearls accurately for earrings, necklaces, bracelets, sets, and other jewellery requirements.
- Identify differences in colour, tone, shape, size, and lustre and create well-matched pairs and sets.
- Check pearls for surface marks, cracks, spots, dents, irregularities, and other defects.
- Maintain consistency and uniformity while assorting pearls for specific jewellery designs.
- Work closely with the production, design, procurement, and quality teams to fulfil pearl requirements.
- Maintain proper identification and segregation of different pearl lots.
- Ensure accurate handling and counting of pearls during sorting and assortment.
- Minimise wastage,



mixing of lots, and errors during the assortment process.
- Maintain records of pearl quantity, quality, assortment, and rejection wherever required.
- Follow company procedures for quality control, inventory handling, and security of valuable materials.
- Ensure proper storage and safe handling of pearls after assortment.
- Perform final quality checks before handing over pearls for jewellery production.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
