About the role

Youngquist, LLC is a US-based investment firm in Florida. We are engaging independent research consultants in India to submit written trade recommendations on US-listed equity options.

You recommend. Our US-based desk decides whether to place the trade and handles all execution. You will not place trades and will have no account access.

What you submit

A complete recommendation includes:

- Underlying (US-listed)
- Direction
- Strike and expiration
- Fill boundaries — the price range within which the trade should be placed
- Stop
- Target
- Written thesis

A recommendation is complete only when all of these are on file. Incomplete submissions are not placed and do not count.

Every submission is binary: we place it within your stated boundaries, or we do not place it.

How you work

- No fixed hours. No attendance requirement. No presence tracking of any kind.
- Work whenever you want, from wherever you want.
- The work product is what counts.
- You may work for other clients.

Compensation — read carefully

There is no base pay. There is no guaranteed income. You may earn nothing in a given quarter.

You are paid a commission of 10% of the realized net result of your recommendations that settle in that quarter, after trading costs, fees, and a tax reserve. The tax reserve is applied uniformly to every consultant. At a 40% reserve, the effective commission is approximately 6% of the pre-reserve gross.

You are paid on your recommendations' results only — never on market movement in the account's underlying holdings.

Each quarter is calculated independently and floors at zero. A negative quarter is not carried forward into the next.





We deliver a written calculation statement within 15 days after quarter end, reproducible from the attribution log, and pay no later than 30 days after quarter end. Compensation, once paid, is never clawed back.

Trading rules

You will work within a defined risk envelope covering maximum loss per trade, position tenor, and sector concentration. Within that envelope you have full discretion over your strategy. The full mandate is provided before you sign.

Trading is in listed options only.

Requirements

- Demonstrable experience with US-listed equity options — single names, not index or expiry-cycle strategies
- Working knowledge of the Greeks, implied volatility, and how earnings and events affect option pricing
- Ability to state a thesis in transparent written English with a defined invalidation level
- A documented track record in some form: brokerage statements, a public trading journal, TradingView history, or a detailed paper record
- Reliable internet and your own equipment

Engagement terms

This is an independent contractor engagement, not employment. There is no salary, no benefits, no provident fund, and no paid leave. You invoice us and are responsible for your own taxes and any registrations that apply to you.

Payment is in US dollars by international transfer. A signed agreement is required, including confidentiality, assignment of work product, and a personal trading policy.
