Madariz Impex Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our team and support the growth of Filumart.com, our B2B e-commerce platform.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with businesses, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential business customers.
- Generate leads through calls, meetings, networking, and other sales channels.
- Promote Filumart's B2B platform and services to businesses.
- Acquire new buyers, sellers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Coordinate with the marketing and business development teams.
- Attend business meetings, exhibitions, and promotional activities when required.
- Prepare regular sales and lead-generation reports.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, business development, telecalling, or B2B sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
- Good English and Malayalam communication skills.
- Hindi or other Indian languages will be an advantage.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems.
- Willingness to make calls and meet potential clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
Weekly Off: Friday
