About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards & Mobility Delivery Leader to lead the delivery, governance and continuous improvement of global Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Wellness and Mobility programs across a geographically diverse workforce.

This leadership role will drive service excellence, operational governance, vendor performance and employee experience, while partnering with HR COEs, HRBPs, HRIS and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead global operational delivery of Total Rewards, Compensation, Benefits, Wellness and Mobility programs.
- Oversee compensation cycles, incentive administration, benefits coordination and mobility services.
- Lead Global Mobility operations including assignments, relocation, immigration support and policy compliance.
- Drive service delivery, governance, KPIs, SLAs and continuous improvement across HR operations.
- Manage and develop a large service delivery team and act as an escalation point for complex operational issues.
- Lead relationships and performance management of Rewards, Benefits, Wellness and Mobility vendors.
- Partner with senior HR stakeholders, COEs,



HRBPs and HRIS to align delivery with business priorities.
- Use operational metrics and workforce insights to improve service quality and employee experience.

Required Experience

- 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility, HR Shared Services or HR Service Delivery.
- Strong experience in a large global/multinational organization.
- Proven leadership of large HR operations/service delivery teams.
- Strong experience in operational governance, vendor management, compliance and service management.
- Experience managing geographically distributed employee populations.
- Strong stakeholder management and business acumen.

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹8,000,000.00 per year
