Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation and management of BIM workflows for MEP projects.
- Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), standards, templates, and best practices.
- Manage project BIM deliverables in accordance with client and contractual requirements.
- Coordinate MEP models with architectural, structural, and other disciplines to resolve clashes and design conflicts.
- Conduct model quality audits and ensure compliance with BIM standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.
- Manage clash detection and coordination meetings using Navisworks or similar software.
- Oversee BIM model federation and coordination throughout project phases.
- Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and training to BIM Coordinators and BIM Modelers.
- Establish and monitor project BIM schedules, workflows, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
- Manage Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360, or similar systems.
- Support digital engineering initiatives, automation, and BIM innovation.
- Prepare BIM reports, coordination logs, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, client BIM standards, and company quality procedures.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in BIM Management is an advantage.
- 8–12 years of experience in MEP BIM, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Experience managing large-scale commercial,



residential, healthcare, industrial, or infrastructure projects.

- Autodesk Revit MEP
- Navisworks Manage
- AutoCAD
- Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
- Autodesk Docs
- Dynamo (preferred)
- Autodesk ReCap (preferred)
- Civil 3D (basic knowledge preferred)
- Microsoft Office Suite
- BIM Collaboration tools
- Model coordination and clash detection
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
- Understanding of COBie, IFC, and LOD/LOI requirements

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Experience

- Experience with international BIM standards (ISO 19650).
- Experience working on multidisciplinary projects.
- Knowledge of BIM automation, scripting, and digital construction technologies.
- Experience managing remote or multi-office BIM teams.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
