Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate academic programs, courses and examinations.
- Maintain accurate student and academic records.
- Support team members with academic and administrative requirements.
- Coordinate student registration, academic documentation and certification.
- Prepare academic reports, schedules, meeting agendas, and correspondence.
- Monitor compliance with institutional academic policies and procedures.
- Assist with institutions and concerned authorities for accreditation and further quality-assurance activities.
- Manage documentation and other confidential information.
- Respond to institutional queries and resolve routine academic issues.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients to resolve any operational issues or queries after the sale.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to address any concerns, questions, or issues that may arise after the sale.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure all after-sales promises are communicated and delivered on time.
- Assist in refining and improving internal processes for after-sales support to increase efficiency, reduce delays, and improve client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, service delivery timelines, and resolution of issues.
- Prepare periodic reports on client satisfaction, service delivery performance, and operational metrics for management review.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to after-sales support, such as client retention rates, issue resolution times, and service feedback.
Typical Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience in academic or educational administration.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to handling issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- organizational and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and academic management systems.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and confidential information.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in academic administration role, ideally within the education consulting will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships, coordination and documentation in education industry. (Overseas education documentation not prefered).
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
