Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
Design deployments: Architect software delivery and patch management strategies.
Co-management setup: Configure workloads between SCCM and Microsoft Intune.
Asset optimization: Analyze Lansweeper data to identify unauthorized software.
Image creation: Build and maintain Windows Autopilot and OS deployment (OSD) images.
Strategy roadmaps: Define the global enterprise endpoint and modern management strategy.
Infrastructure design: Architect global SCCM, Intune, and Lansweeper environments.
Vendor governance: Manage licensing, vendor relationships, and compliance audits.
Security alignment: Partner with security teams to enforce compliance baselines.
Team leadership: Mentor junior engineers and oversee daily operational deliverables.
Driving key KPI improvement month on month
Drive Knowledge Management , Process management, Client sign off
Drive Key initiatives, CSIP, Automations , Customer Value additions
Drive Ticket Reduction, Effort Reduction,
Lead Client discussion on Key initiatives driving and outcomes
Lead MSR/QBR , drive Ops as per Client Sensitivities and Priorities
Understanding of Benchmarking , Best practices as per industry standard and peer companies which can be driven in the area assigned




Understanding and adopting AI in the area of operation and able show value addition to client.
Drive CSAT and TCSAT >4.5 /5.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor’s degree
8+ years infrastructure experience.
Certification: Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or equivalent.
Frameworks: ITIL v4 certification or deep operational knowledge.
Candidates who are confident of clearing extensive Background verification till previous Organization only shall apply.

Preferred Skills:
Cloud Security: Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint.
Multi-Platform: Managing diverse fleets including Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.

Behavioral Attributes:
Leadership: Proven ability to guide teams and influence executive stakeholders.
Strategic Vision: Ability to align technical choices with long-term business goals.
Risk Management: Skilled at evaluating security risks against user productivity.
Required Technical/ Functional Competencies

Primary Skills:
Enterprise Architecture: Designing highly available, global SCCM and Intune infrastructures.
Modern Management: Transitioning legacy on-premises workloads to cloud-native Intune/Autopilot.
Asset Intelligence: Enterprise-wide Lansweeper architecture, software asset management (SAM), and compliance.
Identity Management: Advanced Azure Active Directory (Microsoft Entra ID) and Conditional Access policies.
Unified Endpoint Management: Advanced SCCM infrastructure and Intune co-management engineering.
Cloud Services: Cloud Management Gateway (CMG) and Tenant Attach configuration.
Automation: Proficient PowerShell scripting for deployment and remediation.
Asset Governance: Advanced Lansweeper deployment, scanning optimization, and custom reporting.
Fluent in English, in both oral and written communication
Willingness to do US Shifts, ability to working from office is preferred,

Desirable Skills:
Security Compliance: Vulnerability remediation and BitLocker management via Intune.
Server Admin: Windows Server administration and IIS management.
Budgeting: Estimating cloud licensing and infrastructure costs.
