Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and oversee the operations of our Architecture, Interior Design, and Construction divisions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence, ensuring successful project delivery, optimizing resources, improving profitability, and supporting the company's long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations across architecture, interior design, and construction projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including Design, Estimation, Procurement, Projects, Sales, Finance, and HR.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, productivity, and business performance.
- Monitor project profitability, operational costs, and key performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, contractual obligations, and statutory requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors,



and vendors.
- Report operational performance, project status, and strategic initiatives to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or Business Leadership.
- Prior experience in Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or Real Estate industries is preferred.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and projects in a quick-paced environment.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
