Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs that address the needs of various departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify training needs and establish key performance indicators to measure program effectiveness.
- Lead a team of trainers and facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring that content is engaging and relevant.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, making continuous improvements as necessary.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure the company remains competitive in talent development.
- Manage the training budget, ensuring productive allocation of resources.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.





Skills and Tools Required:

- Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
- Analytical skills to assess training effectiveness and ROI.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with performance management systems and employee engagement strategies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in training and development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
