As a Student Interview Trainer at Leverage Edu, you will play a key role in preparing students for their university credibility interviews. You will conduct structured mock interviews, provide personalized feedback, and ensure students are confident, prepared, and ready to succeed in their admissions journey.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct Mock Interviews: Guide students through structured mock interviews to simulate real scenarios.
- Provide Feedback & Coaching: Share constructive feedback, highlight areas of improvement, and mentor students to build confidence.
- Track Student Readiness: Monitor progress and ensure students are well-prepared for their university interviews.
- Coordinate with Schedulers: Work closely with internal teams to manage interview pipelines and schedules.

Skills & Requirements:

- 1–2 years of relevant experience in teaching, counselling, training, or interviewing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities; empathetic yet firm.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
