What You'll Do
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, Gurgaon
- Connect with NRI & HNI families seeking care for their elders.
- Conduct consultative discussions and design personalized care solutions.
- Build long-term client relationships and trust.
- Drive business growth while creating meaningful social impact.
- Collaborate with clinical and care teams to deliver exceptional eldercare services.
- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in any field related to Medicine (Nursing – Preferred, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Psychology and Physiotherapy)
- You are a high-potential fresher or have up to 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- A Natural Connector: You are an extroverted communicator who is comfortable with outreach calls (phone or virtual) and genuinely enjoys building new relationships.
- Core Traits: You possess a high degree of empathy, patience, and emotional intelligence. You are an exceptional listener.
- Mindset: You have a genuine, demonstrable passion for eldercare. You are self-motivated, tech-savvy (comfortable with CRMs), and have a powerful drive to achieve your goals.
- Communication Skills: You have fluent, articulate, and highly professional spoken English (mandatory). Proficiency in a regional language is a strong advantage. Sales Acumen:
You have strong consultative selling and presentation skills, with the ability to guide clients to a decision without being pushy.
