- Provide students with accurate, up-to-date information on programs, universities, intakes, and fee structures for Canada and the UK
- Assess student profiles — academics, IELTS/PTE scores, budget, backlogs, and study gaps — and recommend suitable programs
- Follow up consistently with students and parents throughout the admission journey
- Manage the complete application process: shortlisting, document collection, submission, and offer letter follow-up
- Guide students on SOP, LOR, and financial documentation requirements
- Prepare complete and compliant visa application files for Canada and the UK
- Coordinate with universities, colleges, and partner institutions for admission updates
- Handle walk-in enquiries and follow up on leads from digital campaigns and referrals
- Maintain accurate student records and update the CRM regularly
- Stay updated on IRCC and UKVI policy changes, intake deadlines, and institutional requirements
- Achieve monthly enrolment and conversion targets
- Maintain ethical counselling practice — set realistic expectations, never guarantee visa or admission outcomes

Pay: ₹11,786.00 - ₹36,838.57 per month
