Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Product Owner to manage product backlogs, define user stories, and work closely with engineering and business teams in an Agile/Scrum workplace.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Product Backlog Management, User Stories, Agile/Scrum, and API Integration, along with technical exposure to Azure, Postman, Swagger, OAuth, Event-Driven Architecture, SQL, RAG/LLM concepts, Rally, and Aha.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog based on business priorities and product objectives.
- Create, refine, and maintain clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with stakeholders, engineering teams, architects, QA, and business analysts.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Define product priorities and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand API integrations and system dependencies.
- Review API specifications and understand API request/response flows using tools such as Swagger and Postman.
- Work with development teams on authentication and authorization concepts such as OAuth.
- Understand event-driven architectures and integration patterns.
- Use SQL for basic data analysis, validation, and investigation.
- Contribute to product initiatives involving AI/ML, RAG, and LLM-based solutions.
- Track product roadmaps, requirements,



and backlog items using tools such as Rally and Aha.
- Coordinate with cross-functional and distributed teams to resolve dependencies and delivery blockers.
- Monitor sprint progress, product delivery, and quality metrics.
- Support UAT, release planning, and production feedback.
- Continuously improve product processes and Agile delivery practices.

Required Qualifications

- 5+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, Technical Product Management, or a related role.
- Strong experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing requirements.
- Hands-on experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work closely with technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with Azure-based applications or platforms.
- Familiarity with Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Understanding of OAuth and API security.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture and distributed systems.
- Working knowledge of SQL.
- Exposure to RAG, LLMs, and Generative AI.
- Experience with Rally and Aha for Agile/product management.
- Experience working with enterprise applications and API-driven platforms.
