We are looking for an ambitious Marketing Manager – Social Media & Content who can help us build a powerful digital presence and take our content and social media growth to the next level.

This Is Not a Typical Marketing Job

This is a hands-on, ownership-driven role.

You won't just be preparing reports or coordinating with agencies.

You will actually be involved in:

Research → Ideas → Scripts → Content → Video Editing → Publishing → Analytics → Growth

You will have the opportunity to work across Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube and directly contribute to the growth of a financial-services brand.

What You Will Do

Social Media Management

- Manage and grow Roha Associates LLP's Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube channels.
- Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
- Plan and execute campaigns to increase reach, engagement and followers.
- Monitor social media trends, algorithms and emerging content formats.
- Track content performance and identify what is working and what needs improvement.

Content Creation

- Research topics around stock markets, investing, personal finance, wealth creation and financial markets.
- Identify trending topics and convert them into relevant content opportunities.
- Develop content ideas for Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts and other formats.
- Write video scripts, hooks, captions and social media posts.
- Convert complex financial topics into simple, interesting and engaging content.
- Research competitors, financial creators and successful brands for content inspiration.

Video & Creative

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and other short-form videos.
- Work with tools such as Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar platforms.
- Select appropriate visuals, music, captions, graphics and transitions.
- Help improve the quality and consistency of the company's visual content.
- Coordinate the complete process from raw idea/video to final published content.

Growth & Marketing

- Experiment with different content formats, hooks and distribution strategies.
- Analyze reach, engagement, watch time, followers and other relevant metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve organic social-media growth.
- Support digital marketing, lead-generation and brand-building initiatives.
- Continuously test,



learn and improve the company's content strategy.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hungry to learn, willing to take ownership and genuinely interested in marketing.

You could be a great fit if you:

- Have completed or are completing an MBA / PGDM in Marketing.
- Are a fresher or have 0–2 years of relevant experience.
- Regularly consume content on Instagram, LinkedIn or YouTube and understand what makes content engaging.
- Enjoy writing, researching, creating and experimenting.
- Have an interest in business, investing, entrepreneurship or financial markets.
- Have basic knowledge of the stock market, mutual funds or financial services.
- Can communicate clearly in English.
- Are comfortable learning new tools and technologies.
- Have a creative mindset but are also comfortable working with numbers and analytics.
- Take initiative instead of waiting for instructions.
- Want responsibility and the opportunity to make a visible impact.

Advantage if You Have

Candidates with any of the following will have an additional advantage:

- Social media management experience
- Content creation experience
- Instagram/Reels/YouTube experience
- Video editing skills
- Canva / CapCut / Premiere Pro knowledge
- Copywriting or script-writing experience
- Personal social-media page or content portfolio
- Internship in digital marketing
- Basic understanding of stock markets and investing
- Experience creating finance, business or educational content

Freshers with solid skills, a good portfolio and the right attitude are absolutely welcome.

Compensation

Expected CTC: ₹4.0 – ₹7.0 LPA

The final package will depend on your skills, MBA profile, relevant experience, content portfolio and interview performance.

For exceptional candidates with strong content, social-media or digital-marketing skills, compensation can be discussed based on capability.

Performance-based increments and growth opportunities will be available based on contribution and results.
