Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of junior team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services.
- Strong understanding of trade compliance and customs regulations within software solutions.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP Global Trade Services modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP Global Trade Services and other enterprise systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
