QA Analyst

Location: Malad-West, Mumbai

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive QA Analyst with 2–4 years of experience to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, hands-on testing experience, and the ability to work closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business and technical requirements to create effective test strategies
- Design, develop, and execute detailed test cases and test scenarios
- Perform manual and automated testing for web and mobile applications
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and system testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers to resolve defects and verify fixes
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and QA discussions
- Perform API testing using tools like Postman
- Conduct performance and usability testing
- Ensure applications meet quality standards before deployment

Required Technical Skills

Testing & QA:

- Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC




- Experience in manual testing (Web & Mobile)
- Knowledge of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Experience writing clear and structured test cases
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (JIRA, ClickUp, or similar)

Automation (Preferred):

- Basic experience with automation tools (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright)
- Understanding of API testing
- Knowledge of test scripting is an advantage

Technical Knowledge:

- Basic understanding of databases (SQL queries for validation)
- Familiarity with REST APIs
- Knowledge of cross-browser and multi-device testing
- Understanding of performance testing tools is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience testing React Native or mobile applications
- Knowledge of CI/CD environments
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience in test documentation and reporting

Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong time management skills
