1. Inventory & Material Management

- Inventory Accuracy — Maintains exact stock records across RM, WIP, and FG stores.
- MSL Compliance — Ensures minimum stock levels are continuously monitored and maintained.
- Material Handling — Implements FIFO/FEFO and safe storage practices.
- Conducts cycle counts and monthly physical audits with zero variance tolerance.

2. Planning & Analytical Capability

- Purchase Planning — Prepares material requirement plans based on production schedules and MSL.
- Data Interpretation — Uses ERP/stock reports to forecast shortages and trigger procurement.
- Problem Solving — Identifies supply risks and proposes corrective actions.

3. Operational Excellence

- Process Adherence — Follows SOPs for receiving, storing, issuing, and dispatching materials.
- Quality & Compliance — Ensures ISO/GMP documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
- Resource Optimization — Manages space, manpower, and material flow efficiently.

4. Coordination & Communication





- Cross‑Functional Collaboration — Works closely with Production, QA, Procurement, and Dispatch teams.
- Supplier Follow‑up — Tracks deliveries, escalates delays, and ensures timely replenishment.
- Documentation Clarity — Maintains GRN, stock registers, and movement logs with accuracy.

5. Leadership & Team Management

- Team Supervision — Guides store assistants and handlers in daily operations.
- Training & Development — Trains staff on SOPs, safety, and ERP usage.
- Accountability — Ensures discipline, timely execution, and adherence to standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
