1. Customer Handling

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable TVS models.

Provide vehicle demo and explain features/benefits.

Arrange test rides as per customer request.

2. Enquiry Management

Register all customer enquiries in EMS/DMS.

Do timely follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, or visit.

Maintain proper enquiry follow-up logbook or system.

3. Product Knowledge

Be updated on product features, variants, pricing, offers, and schemes.

Explain finance, exchange, insurance, and add-on options to customers.

4. Booking & Documentation

Guide the customer in vehicle booking process.

Collect necessary documents (KYC, address proof, finance papers, etc.).

Coordinate with finance/insurance executive if needed.

5. Delivery Coordination

Ensure timely delivery of the vehicle.

Prepare delivery checklist and take delivery photo.

Educate the customer on vehicle care, free service schedule, warranty, etc.

6. Daily Reporting

Update manager with follow-up status, bookings, deliveries.

Submit enquiry updates and sales funnel data.

7. Field Enquiry Generation





Visit potential customers – corporates, colleges, businesses, residential areas.

Identify new lead sources and conduct promotional activities.

Distribute brochures and capture enquiry data.

8. Follow-up Visits

Personally meet prospects to build rapport and improve conversion chances.

Assist in home test ride/demo if requested.

Explain finance options and offers in person.

9. Retailer/Sub-dealer Support (if any)

Collect enquiry information from retailers/sub-dealers.

Ensure display materials and branding are maintained at retailer locations.

10. Campaign & Event Participation

Participate in local marketing activities like loan melas, vehicle display camps, rallies, etc.

Set up stalls and generate enquiries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
